Warranties

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or modifications made by others. Liability

However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, landscaping, or structures not identified before work begins. We recommend marking any sprinkler lines, electrical cables, or other hidden items before we start. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Property Access

You agree to provide us with reasonable access to your property during the project. This includes access to driveways, gates, electrical outlets, and water sources as needed. Please remove or protect any valuables, decorations, or fragile items in the work area. We will do our best to keep the job site clean and safe.

Permits and Regulations
